Administrative Assistant

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Canva (would be great), filing, strong organizational skills, great communication skills, a team player, but can work independently and has a take charge attitude and ability. You will be working with the Owner of our company, which has been in business for 23 years, but also with other members of our team. This is a full time position with options of 4 -10 hour days or 4 -8 hour days. We will be scheduling Zoom interviews for the first round of interviews, and in person interviews with our management team for the second round of interviews. We have a very good benefit package, which will be discussed during the second interview.
